Smack in the middle of its busy opening weekend, Ramen Champ invited The Hundreds over for a chance to show what it is that pushes them ahead of the pack. Alvin Cailan, chef and owner, and co-creator of Eggslut fame, gave us a firsthand look at how they prepare their trademark dish. We also got to learn a little bit about their past, how they sacrificed business for quality when choosing a location, and the story behind the art covering the walls.
