For the second installment of Passing Through Hong Kong (watch Episode 1 HERE), Bobby, Ben, and our design team hit the Temple Street night market amidst the blaring humidity of the island. We visit our friends Matt Abergel and Lindsay Jang of Sunday’s Grocery and the critically acclaimed yakitori restaurant Yardbird, and spend time at the fish market with Matt as he hunts for the daily catch for that night’s dinner at Ronin. After our stop at Big Wave Beach, we’ll soon be in Shanghai next, so keep your eyes peeled for the next episode of PASSING THROUGH.
