This has been a pretty monumental year for some of my favorite skate/street wear brands. One of which is HUF. Along with The Hundreds this year, 2013, marks 11 years of hard work, commitment, and success for Keith and his crew. To celebrate Chris Garcia had organized a bit of a surprise event for this decade plus long landmark. With assistance from the good people at Vitamin Water to help make it something special, along with it being the final day in the old Huf warehouse off of Clarence St. in downtown L.A., the perfect setting had been set. Although no one knew what the event was exactly for the mystery was solved once the doors opened.
I felt pretty honored to be invited considering this event was a way to say thanks to the support from everyone over the years. The night was filled with smiles, ice sculptures, music and amazing food provided courtesty of Chef E-Dubble. So I want to say thank you again to Chris and Keith for inviting me, and here’s to you guys. Keep up the great work. #DBC
