A few months ago, Bobby headed out to New York to participate in another go-around of Agenda Emerge (read his thoughts on the event here), the brand-building talk and brainchild of the growing trade show giant. Emerge was birthed to bring inspiration and guidance to emerging brands hungry enough to seek it.
Check out the recap video of the conference below and learn Bobby’s take on the three ingredients of success: “Blood, sweat, and years.” Jeff Staples talks about passing the torch to the next generation and tells the attendees, “When you think you’ve worked as hard as you possibly can–multiply that by 1000. And then you’re beginning, you’re at the 1-yard line at that point.” Johnny Cupcakes muses on spending more time and money on brand development, so that the end product carries the weight of what you intended to communicate. And Mark Eckō probably puts it best: “Today, in 2014, if you like it or know it or not, you’re a brand.”
