Lykke Li is running through LA this week, and her performance tonight at the El Rey was nothing short of commanding. Her second album, Wounded Rhymes, is quite possibly my favorite album of the year thus far. The Swedish artist wrote the record in 2010 right around the corner here in Echo Park, infusing a romanticized sense of L.A. history throughout the work.
