Everyone knows that this past May Day was shared peacefully by many throughout the world celebrating labor and socialist movements. But here in Los Angeles, our world famous police department has once again embarassed our city by their actions at an immigration rights rally at Macarthur Park on Tuesday. As frustrating as this video is to watch, most Angelenos (especially minorities and the less-privileged) know that this is just everyday barbaric behavior by LA’s Finest. It probably would’ve gone unnoticed (as usual), had they not gotten carried away and decided to take their jocko rage out on the media, which is now putting ’em on blast. Who will police the police?
