Born in Cali, Colombia, Martha began her education in Art History and Photography at NYU, eventually graduating with a BFA in Film & TV from Tisch School of the Arts in 1998. Since 2010, she has been the sole proprietor of Martha Otero Gallery, mounting an array of challenging exhibitions from artists such as Jen Stark, Jeff Sonhouse, James Jean, Eric White and Jacob Hashimoto.
