Atlanta skater turned rapper turned professional finesser, Reese LAFLARE has been making a lot of noise this year, and not just because of his much-publicized issues with Lil Uzi Vert. After dropping a slew of excellent singles, and the well-recieved TRL EP, he’s been traveling the world and spreading his personal brand of sauce and lingo from city to city. His new short film shot by director Matt Kaplan is titled “Late Bloomer,” and it follows him around during his big weekend at the Day n Night festival in Orange County last month as well as his whirlwind studio sessions. There are also a lot of cameos in the video, including Rae Sremmurd, Key!, Famous Dex, and more. The visuals reflect the chaotic nature of Reese’s life, from show to show and studio to studio—chronicling an artist who is on the verge of breaking through to greater heights.
