EXPLORING THE MEATPACKING DISTRICT'S NEWLY OPENED GANSEVOORT MARKET

I recently got to take a tour of newly opened Gansevoort Market in the Meatpacking District in Manhattan. Straight out of the gate, Gansevoort Market is rolling out with Italian sandwiches and specialty items from Cappone’s Salumeria; high-quality espresso drinks from Greenpoint, Brooklyn’s celebrated Champion Coffee; authentic French crêpes by Crêpe Sucre; American-style macarons from Dana’s Bakery; Spanish small plates and gourmet products by East Village’s Donostia; an ode to New England seafood by way of Ed’s Lobster Bar; fresh juices, açai bowls and more from West Village’s feelfood; an annex by Lower East Side’s whimsical floral designer Flower Girl NYC; Greek cookies, French pastries, and homemade bread from Gansevoort Bakery; local organic fruits and vegetables straight from Tivoli, New York’s Heermance Farm; a Scandinavian-inspired new line by Kusmi Teas called Lov Organic; TigerNut horchata from Our True Roots; pork-infused fare from Pig Guy NYC; critically-acclaimed sushi to-go by Sushi Dojo Express; Tacombi Taqueria will be rolling in one of their signature VW buses to serve Mexican fare; sweet and savory meal-packed muffins from The Bruffin; and a Greek yogurt bar by Yiaourti.

Get a feel for the spot below and make sure to check in.
