Tonight, The Hundreds is escaping this doomed timeline, cranking up the tunes, and sending it back to 1991 with our good friend and legendary artist Mike Giant.

The Hundreds and the cult classic Sharpie God Mike Giant have worked together before, though this is the first time the two will release an entire collection. Staying true to Giant’s signature two-color style, The Hundreds X Mike Giant will feature a wide array of artwork, collaged together to form one giant, trippy graphic.

From the late ’80s to early ’90s, secret pop-up raves went down all over Los Angeles in abandoned houses, after-hours clubs, and warehouses, bringing rise to the Acid House era. Together with Mike Giant, we’re taking a long, strange trip back to those parties with a collection ripped straight from the Polaroids that documented them. Bright, two-tone T-Shirts, Pullover Hoodies, Coaches Jackets, Cargo Pants, and Overalls, not to mention Snapbacks, Stickers, and Pins that pay tribute to the golden era of mixtapes.

People still rave and people still take psychedelics and people still search for new ways to open their minds but 1991 was the peak of pop-up Acid House party culture and we’re going straight to the source with one of the most prolific graphic artists to emerge from that era.
