This year at Agenda Long Beach (July 25th and 26th), AGENDA WMNS will debut with a curated selection of women’s fashion and lifestyle brands, including HLZBLZ, Lazy Oaf, Stussy Women’s, Show To Scale, Mink Pink, and more. To celebrate the breakup of the boys club, Space 15 Twenty threw an official launch party with an all-star all-girl line-up: hosted by Jayne Min (Stop it Right Now), curated by Cultist, showcasing the sexy-edgy stylings of Shown To Scale (you remember SilkeLabson from Chronicles?), and featuring DJ sets by Jennifer Clavin of Bleached+ her roomie Yasi Cultist, as well as a live performance by sweet songstress Colleen Green.
Fashion fans, music lovers and industry tastemakers banded together to admire tables of cult-y cool merch while sipping on refreshing (and deceptively strong) beverages provided by PBR and Hubert’s Lemonade. Other party-goers got their nails did, struck a pose for the Tommy B Photo-booth, and mingled amongst the oh-so-hiply-dressed crowd. If the max-capacity night was any indication of what’s in store for the upcoming season of Agenda, we’re already getting amped. Plus, we hear our very own Bobby Hundreds will be one of the highly-anticipated guest speakers at this year’s tradeshow panel (hosted by none other than the omnipresent Jon Buscemi, of course). Check out our photos from the night. For AGENDA WMNS updates follow @AgendaWMNS.
