The sport blue colorway has been a big theme for Jordan Brand this month, used on the Jordan 3, 6, and KO. The Jordan 1 KO carries the tooling from the Vandal High with the thick rubber bottom and piping used across the shoe. The detached ankle supports are my favorite part of this sneaker, which reminds me of the Nike Dunk High. This Jordan 1 KO is very reminiscent of its Royal Jordan 1 brethren – using almost the the same color blocking and blue hue. With OG in its title, the shoe carries the Nike branding atop the tongue, insole, and outsole. Since its retro inception several years back, it’s been on the top of my list when retroed in original type colorways like this sport blue color up. The KO has that vintage appeal to it. Garnering a bulky sole and usual ’80s color blocking which gives it that old school look and feel. Look for these to drop next weekend saturday August 23rd at stores like privatesneakers.com.
