How to Get Hired
Be so Good We Can’t Ignore You
I’m sorry to tell you that we currently aren’t hiring for any positions, granting any internships, or looking for any freelancers or models at The Hundreds. The next best thing I can do for you is to tell you how you can be a part of our team one day.
For one, be so good that we can’t ignore you. If you’re trying to get our attention, you must first have something to show us. Build a thick primer of job experience. It’s not so much the right jobs that capture our interest, we are more impressed by the raw talent, experience and work ethic. If you’re a model looking to be photographed by The Hundreds, tag us on your Instagram page of portfolio photos. Work with different photographers to achieve different looks. We need to see how versatile you are. Same goes for the designers. We need to see a technical expertise and an established body of work in place before we hire you.
Here’s the thing. Most applicants want to come work for The Hundreds because they want to learn from us. “Yo! Put me on!” “Teach me how to do it!” That’s the wrong mentality and if you ever want to get hired at a dream job, you gotta look at it the opposite way – from the employer’s point-of-view. It’s not about what we can do for you, it’s about what you can contribute to our team. To put it bluntly, we know you need us. But, do we need you? There has to be a fair exchange there.
Show us what we’re missing out on by not working with you. Prove to us that we’d regret passing you by. And the only way you can do that is by growing your unique talents and accumulating a breadth of experience before you come knocking on our door. Once you’ve done that, for the creatives, the simplest way to wave us down is by tagging us in photos of your work on Instagram. If you’re looking for in-house positions, on the rare occasion that we do have an availability, we post on job sites like Malakye. We will also make an announcement on social media, our website, and in our newsletter, so make sure you are tuned into all the outlets.

Marco
Hello The Hundreds, my name is Marco Martinez 27 years young and looking for a job in one of your warehouse distribution centers in Los Angeles, CA, I’ve been a huge fan my whole life, i’ve always worn the product since elementary school. I’ve recently been diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer and well I would honestly love to be able to work with my favorite brand and do something I love instead to be doing construction. I’ve have 2 years experience working as a supervisor for ups airport, I left that to do construction and now I’m hopefully going to get the opportunity to work for your amazing company as well. Im always the person to come in if someone calls out, always 10-20 min early to the job and I’m a quick learner and great team player. I hope I’m someone you might consider in a warehouse position. Thank you.
Bryan
