So everything has its pros and cons, and while Vancouver has proven to be one of my favorite places in the world time and again, it’s not without it’s faults. The city houses some of the world’s most beautiful people, healthy outdoorsmen-type, happy faces all around. Juxtapose that with a rampant drug addiction epidemic; heroin addicts roaming the streets like zombies. Canada’s healthcare system is a freeloader’s dream, but you get what you pay for; the doctors and actual care may not be the best, and so on and so forth.

But if we’re defining the people and just that, then there’s not much to complain about. Vancouverites are bright and driven, a down-to-earth and sensible set. The individuals I’ve met on this trip have been nothing short of honest and appreciative, and if anything, very real.

Right when we flew in from Los Angeles, this guy approached me in the food court with our SE collab tee on.

Rob from Catalog Gallery and there’s Craig in one of Switch’s shirts. EYLTH worldwide!

The crew from The Hue run a well-curated online magazine and documentarian project. Look out for a very thorough interview they did with me to be posted within the next few weeks.

Not only does Craig support Switch, he supports The Hundreds by riding his TH x SE collaboration PK Ripper everyday.

And speaking of support, Justin from Capsule stocks The Hundreds on the other side of Canada in Toronto.

I’m a sucker for ombre. This shot of Ashlynn says a lot about Vancouver.

Ran into these The Hundreds fans while walking around Gastown. Hard to imagine that just a couple months ago, this exact area was being torn apart by the Stanley Cup riots.

Everytime you see something like this…

…Ashley the Cilantro Killer is hot on the case.

Vancouver FTW.
