Congratulations to our friend Dao-Yi Chow (and Maxwell Osborne) on taking top honors at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Awards last night (following their Swarovski Award for Menswear at the CFDAs in June).  We first introduced you to the duo’s brand Public School back in 2007.  You can read the original scoop HERE.
