On Sunday, The Hundreds’ team rider Mike “Owen” Franklin suffered a devastating motorcycle accident near his home. If you follow The Hundreds, you are well familiar with Owen. From his days freestyling in our old Rosewood office to becoming one of the skate universe’s most psychotically mesmerizing skateboarders.. He’s coming out of an induced coma this morning in the ICU, after having endured multiple surgeries, including for fractures in his neck, and his leg is entirely shot as of the moment. If you’re in the Santa Clarita area tonight, Push Skate Shop is hosting a Skate Jam and Prayer Circle for him at the Santa Clarita Valley Skatepark starting at 7:30pm.
