You may recognize the name James Jean from one of our past CHRONICLES, but this dude is seriously blowing up like balloons right now in the art world. The Chundreds just picked up James’ newest book, Process Recess 2: Portfolios, and I gotta say that as far as art books go, this one’s not gonna last long on the shelves.
1) It’s ridiculous. Just look at the pictures.
2) Each page has one of those scissor-dotted-line things, so that you can cut ’em out and post them up like prints.
3) His first book didn’t last very long. Even through BOTH print runs.
4) He just got signed to do the Prada Milan store.
5) Murphy’s Law. and
6) It’s THIRTY DOLLARS.

Pick one up off of Adhouse Books or call up your local store. But wait until I get mine first. Thanks.
