It’s not weird that I watched HAIM play twice in the same week, right?  We discovered these girls back at SXSW and now the entire world has caught on.  Last night’s show at the Glass House was vintage HAIM – the sisterly spirit, Alana’s carnal drum pounding, Danielle’s masterful guitar improvisations, Este’s personality and funky chicken bass … if you’ve only experienced this band digitally, you just know one side.  The trio are more rock than pop, more rock n’ roll than most rock n’ rollers.  Their album is called DAYS ARE GONE, and you should get it here.
