Collaborative projects are a dime a dozen these days, and for the majority of them, the magic is all but gone. But whenever we embark on a collaboration, it’s always with good friends, a logical process that naturally pieces together. It’s always centered on a project that we all believe in, design that we can stand behind, and are excited to work on together. This also means that it’s a gradual process, one that can take months and even years to resolve.

We’ve been in talks with Andy, Jubal, and professional skateboarder Paul “P-Rod” Rodriguez from Primitive for some time now, discussing a much-anticipated collaboration between brands. The guys stopped by the headquarters this afternoon to bang out some more details and foundational issues before I embark on the first loose sketches.
