Gotta show you guys this while it’s still hot off the press. Last night, the CARBON event closed here in Melbourne, Australia with a live-painting demonstration by local and international artists – headlined by the one and only Futura.

You’ve never really appreciated a Futura piece until you’ve seen it done in person. The amount of interaction the artist has with the canvas is reminiscent of Pollock’s action painting. Passionate, dramatic, deliberate movements – you’ve never seen a simple aerosol paint can employed in so many different ways. It’s all about motion, and emotion.
