The Hundreds has teamed up with San Francisco based designer Benny Gold to bring you this latest release, inspired by the remarkable city of San Francisco and its most celebrated icon – the Golden Gate Bridge.
The outer shell of the shoe is made with a rust colored patina and ostrich leather, symbolizing the bridge’s colorway, and features traces of aqua throughout the shoe to tie in the presence of the Pacific Ocean. Gradient gray and white laces complete the look and are representative of San Francisco’s infamous fog, and the tongue and insole feature a specially designed The Hundreds logo refashioned to include Benny Gold’s trademark paper plane.
The “Benny Gold for The Hundreds” Johnson Low shoe is set to release in stores at The Hundreds’ flagship locations (THLA, THNY, THSF and THSM) and at Benny Gold in San Francisco starting this Friday, November 9th, and will be available through the Online Shop that following Monday, November 12th. And if you find yourself in San Francisco this Friday, November 9th, make sure to stop by and say hi to us at the Benny Gold for The Hundreds Shoe Release Party, being held at the Benny Gold flagship store.
