NIKON COOLPIX S800C ANDROID CAMERA

Don’t call point-and-shoot cameras out just yet.  With smartphones packing high-megapixel cameras the point-and-shoot market has shrunk year after year.  Nikon‘s approach is to develop a new line that is based off of Google’s Android operating system.  The new S800C has a 10x optical zoom Nikkor lens, backside-illuminated, 16-megapixel CMOS sensor, and full HD 1080p movie capture, 3.5-inch WVGA touchscreen and Android 2.3; download apps through Google Play and share with the cameras built in Wi-Fi.
