Olympus XZ-1

Let me begin by saying that this latest camera from Olympus will not make you a better photographer.  But, with the XZ-1 having an aperture of 1.8 your photos should come out razor sharp.  The XZ-1 also boasts a 6-24mm Zuiko zoom lens (28-112mm equivalent), a respectable 10MP sensor, HD video recording and a nice 3-inch OLED display.

NEXUSVII RIP Denim Jacket

NEXUSVII never half-steps when it comes to its mens line, and their latest RIP Denim jacket is a testament to their ability to create amazing pieces of outerwear.  The jacket starts off with denim, but upon close inspection the denim slowly resembles rip stop nylon.  This rip stop looks gives the jacket a lot of dimension and when you through in the high collar, the reinforced sleeves, and the leather detailing, the jacket comes out as a big winner.  Look for the jacket to be sold at NEXUSVII retailers now.

Vans 2011 Spring Sk8-Hi Zebra

Animal prints are going to be going strong for seasons to come and here with have the under utilized zebra print on a Vans Sk-8 Hi that is due out Spring 2011.  Much of the Sk-8 Hi comes in a tonal black with matching black metal eyelets, but the shoe pops with the two-tone zebra pattern and the pink labels at the tongue and heel.  If this is any indication of Vans line-up for Spring, then be ready to save some pennies.

A Bathing Ape Shark Coin Bank

When A Bathing Ape (BAPE) was popping off in the late 1990′s one of the most collectible items was the vinyl figures of the BAPE General and Baby Milo.  BAPE is going back to their roots, but this time the figure doubles as a coin bank.  The coin bank features the a BAPE caricature wearing the most recent phenomenon, the shark full zip hoodie.  Look for the coin bank to be sold at BAPE Chapter stores around the world.

ONE PIECE x New Era 59FIFTY – Skull Monkey D. Luffy Fitted Cap

I haven’t watched a Japanese manga or anime series in my life, but I still love this ONE PIECE x New Era fitted cap. The cap features the straw hat wearing skull and cross bones insignia of the Going Merry crew in red, and also is etched on the brim’s topside is Monkey D. Luffy’s signature while imprinted on the underside are highlights from the manga. Get it on Beams.

UNDERCOVER x ZOZOVILLA – P Coat

I think I may need TWO of these Undercover x Zozovilla “P” coats in New York next week. Available in a black and navy blue colorway, the coat takes the traditional wool sailing jacket and flips it upside down with some military inspiration in velco patches, and a motorcycle style with an exposed zipper at the hem. Also, a white label at the hem and some classic sheep-embossed buttons are composed.
