If you haven’t already heard the classic children’s book by Maurice Sendak “Where The Wild Things Are” is currently being made into feature film by everyone’s favorite skate video director Spike Jones. Since Spike has been down with Carroll and the rest of the Lakai crew since day one they’ve decided to make a couple special pair of kicks to correspond with the film. The Telford, Mariano 2, Howard, and MJ3 have been remixed in different variations with either Where The Wild Things Are stitched on the back, or one of the creatures. These should be hitting your local Lakai dealer within in the next couple of week, so be on the lookout.

When it comes to skate dives, there’s arguably none more infamous than New York City’s Max Fish. On any given night they’ll be at least three random pros lurking out and you might even spot a few ams. If you are 21 and over, and live near any of these establishments, there’s a bonus in it for you!
