MAKR Tab Eyewear – I like my cheapie sunglasses from the local gas station, but for those who have some premium frames, MAKR can keep them protected. The Tab Eyewear case from the luxury accessories maker is made from the finest Bridle leather from England-based Wicket & Craig. Each case is made from a single piece of stitch-free leather, and reinforced with an extra layer. The edges are then pained by hand, and are available in black, tan, and chestnut vegetable-tanned leather.

KITH LaGuardia Spring/Summer 2015 Collection – KITH is keeping it clean and simple for their Classics collection, and the new editorial shows how the LaGuardia series of items maintains a casual refined aesthetic. Using a cotton-poly slubbed heavyweight jersey, the pieces arrive with a natural heathered color, and comprises of a t-shirt, long-sleeve, and tank top. A small KITH label is subtly attached to the left side of the garment; staying with the minimalist approach.

Star Wars x Uniqlo – As a cheapskate and Star Wars nut, I cannot wait for this project between Japan’s Uniqlo and Star Wars to release. For spring and summer 2015 the fast fashion conglomerate has created a 23 piece collection celebrating the classic Star Wars universe. Many of the graphic are from fans that entered Uniqlo’s UT Grand Prix T-shirt design competition, with a dozen other graphics licensed directly from LucasFilm.

Public School Footwear Spring 2015 – It’s hard not to see the taxi 12 when looking at Public School’s mid-cut athletic sneaker, but that’s no surprise when you consider that the New York-based brand has always walked a fine line between luxury and sportwear. Using premium polished leather, three pairs are set to debut this spring and summer 2015. The mid-cut has a basketball inspired design, while a pair of low-cuts are influenced by classic tennis sneakers. The final pair is based off of the work oxford, and all three pairs are handcrafted right in New York. Sticking with a monotone black and white color scheme the collection will start at just a tad under $500.

Akomplice x Ebbets Field – Akomplice is taking their streetwear aesthetic and combining it with old school Americana this spring. For their latest collaboration, Ebbets Field Flannels have been tapped to create a collection of vintage baseball jerseys that represent the ethos of the Akomplice brand. Using thick heavy-weight flannel the jerseys use hand-stitched mountain, desert, ocean and palm tree motifs applied throughout the clean and simple classic sportswear piece. Each piece is hand-made in Seattle, WA, and will be available in the Akomplice webstore Saturday, May 2.

TomTom Bandit Action Camera – Thanks to GoPro, the action camera is getting stronger, and more popular. With many brands entering the arena, TomTom is hoping to get a leg up on the competition with their pre-edited highlight feature. Using integrated GPS and a load of different sensors, the new Bandit Action camera monitors your speed, altitude, G-force, and acceleration to find and tag the most exciting moments during your recording. All this data is used to create a highlight reel of your latest adventure, and the companion smartphone app allows you to quickly share the clip.

Supreme x White Castle – Can a collaboration get any more lazy? The answer is “no” according to Supreme, as the New York-based brand slaps the White Castle logo across a trio of classic Vans. The fast-food chain often associated with stoner grub has a special place in skate culture, and while their baby burgers are no better than a Jimmy Dean’s sandwich from Costco, there is a nostalgia attached to White Castle. Look for the baby blue White Castle logo front and center for the Slip-On while an all-over print is plastered across the Authentic and Sk8-Hi. Supreme branding appears courtesy of the famous red heel tab, and release is set for tomorrow, April 30.

Mountain Standard MS002 Thermal Fleece – After boarding in Vail, Keystone, and Telluride, one thing Colorado natives know about is cold. So that’s why I trust the people over at Mountain Standard when they say their MS002 Thermal Fleece has one of the best warmth to weight ratios. Using 100% microfiber polyester mid-weight fleece this Colorado-based brand has created a mid-layer that has a plush double velour feel while offering an ultra high loft. The technical upgrades don’t stop there and the MS002 is treated with DWR, YKK coil zippers, and a large chest pocket made from 100% Dobby ripstop. The jacket is meant to take on the cold, and is packable, abrasion resistant, and quick-drying.
