I think it’s safe to say, judging by today’s turnout in San Diego, that this year’s Agenda Show is by far the most successful exhibition in the history of the local independent tradeshow. Attributable to the decaying ASR tradeshow across the way, the waning action-sports industry, and the rising popularity of the streetwear market, Agenda 2007 is perhaps just another sign that our genre of apparel is experiencing a dramatic evolution of sorts.
Archrival. From downtown LA to SD.
Hector’s all fives at the Triko booth.
Slavedriver Andrew made Johan work all by his lonesome at the 3sixteen booth.
Shalom, peace, and all that good stuff.
Speakin’ of Shalom, here’s Beautiful Society‘s collab fitted with Jacob.
Perhaps my top pick for the show, Beautiful Society racked their brains on how to distinguish themselves from all the other t-shirt brands in the market, by licensing all the temperature-changing inks and fabric dyes for their garments.. Check what happens to the hat once it’s hit sunlight for a second..
Even t-shirt graphics flip from tonal reds to dark blacks in a matter of seconds. Hypercolor what!!!
The MVP. Josh from 10Deep.
Diz. Cold chillin’…
Tools of the trade..
Menso’s fresh Seventh Letter stamp. Where’re the bolt cutters at homes!? Speakin’ of the Seventh, the guys put on the Dilated Peoples show tonight…
but unfortunately we couldn’t make it because we drove back up to LA in the middle of the night, and I’m exhausted, and it’s late, and I’m going to slee..zzzzzz
